Sous Chef & Chef de Partie
Following the appointment of a new Head Chef – Titanic Bar and Grill Cobh are currently looking to recruit a Sous Chef and Chef de Partie. The ideal candidate(s) would welcome the opportunity to further their career by working within a positive team culture, in a growing and progressive restaurant where you will have the chance to be recognised and showcase your skills and creativity with the best quality food menu. Previous experience working in high end Hotels and Restaurants would be a distinct advantage.
In your new role you will utilise your creative flair and passion for cooking to ensure high quality food production for the restaurant, focussed on modern fusion flavours and local produce.
You will work closely with the Head Chef to in order to prepare the daily required task within the restaurant, while ensuring all hygiene and HACCP requirements are consistently met.
Working with an internationally experienced Executive Head Chef you will be part of a highly skilled team offering a modern, current and tasteful menu.
